Workshop:
Improve Your Game
Tuesday August 28th from 3-5pm
Using props and yoga postures, learn to
connect to your spine, release tension in your mid back and enable ease in
rotation through your thorax. By connecting to your bones, you will awaken
the core support of your spine and cultivate a felt connection between your
head and tail.
This work will relax your jaw, bring space
into your joints, and heighten your experience of being grounded thus
improving your game whether it be golf, a racket sport or baseball!
