Unwind tension in your spine and experience the magic of letting down. Working with a firm blanket roll along and across your spine, we will explore gentle movement sequences coupled with the primal wave. Based on Ruthy Alon’s work (a student of Moshe Feldenkrais) this afternoon workshop will widen your heart and leave you profoundly relaxed and at peace!

When is the last time you LOVED your feet? Getting a pedicure is good, but caring for your own fabulous feet is even better! In this workshop we will review the basic anatomy of the feet, create a personal foot map, rediscover your domes and arches and work with several practices to release tension from your toes through your heels.
