HARMONIC BREATH
Thursday, January 7th at 7pm
Let’s explore Nadi Shodana, sometimes called Alternate Nostril Breath or Anuloma Viloma; these practices explore the flow of breath through the nostrils in various streaming and holding patterns. In optimal health, the predominance of breath shifts between the right and left nostrils approximately every two hours; this subtle regulation of breath flow in our bodies supports homeostasis. Learn the foundations of this ancient powerful practice and experience the harmonic affect on the autonomic nervous system.

PART 2 OF CULTIVATING COHERENCE - TOOLS FOR ANXIETY: Your Microbiome and the Vagus Nerve
Tuesday, January 19th at 7:30pm
Discover the connection between the microscopic environment of your gut and your vagus nerve, the nerve that governs the Parasympathetic Nervous system and regulates your relaxation response. Learn how your gut health affects your emotional and mental well-being; de-construct the inner dynamic of anxiety and learn new tools to self-regulate.

THE DOMES & ARCHES OF YOUR BODY
Saturday, January 30th at 4pm
The domes and arches of the body create stability and support living upright in gravity. Having a functional understanding of the main dome in our bodies, the respiratory diaphragm, enlivens our embodiment, inspires our practice and promotes a refined sense of alignment from inside. Referred to as the “mothership” by Sue Hitzmann (developer of the MELT Method) this central dome is the hub of communication in the body and requires reinforcement from below (pelvic floor diaphragm) and connection above (thoracic outlet and soft palate). Join me to be amazed at your body’s brilliance and learn to connect to the domes of your body to awaken the central energy core of your being.

EXHALE COMPLETELY - A KEY TO VIBRANT HEALTH
Friday, February 12th at 5:30pm
In this webinar we will examine the exhalation phase of breath. Using a belt to explore complete exhalation at different levels of the torso, we will train our bodies to extend this phase of breath and empty toxins as well as stress. Learning the physiology of breath will help us appreciate the power of breath to change our lives; re-patterning a complete exhalation supports our capacity to let go through the inevitable turmoil and challenge of our human experience and trust the enfoldment of our lives.

10 GUIDELINES TO DEEPLY CONSIDER - THE YAMAS & NIYAMAS
Thursday, February 25th at 7:30pm
Posture practice, our limited perspective of yoga in the West, is but one branch of an Ancient tree. The eight fold path was founded thousands of years ago and is rooted in the Yamas and Niyamas. Referred to as the internal and external observances, these 10 tenets establish the fertile ground of an ethical, conscious way of life. The path of yoga is based on direct experience; as we learn to examine our inner scaffolding of the conditioned past, we become more clear, conscious and free to live in authentic alignment with our core values.
