Enjoy a wonderful practice to optimize the health of your low back; relaxing the spine translates into more vitality and a sense of core connection. Highly beneficial for those with chronic shoulder and neck discomfort and/or low back tension, this workshop starts with a webinar to understand important anatomical appreciations and includes a rejuvenating blend of hatha yoga and yoga therapeutics. WORKSHOP: RELEASE YOUR HIPS & IT BAND

Your IT band connects your Ilium (hip bone) and your Tibia (main calf bone) hence the name IT band. Largely fascial tissue, this fibrous structure  supports the pelvis, leg and knee joint. When the IT band is tight, it restricts the hips and wreaks havoc on the knee joints. Learn the anatomy of this structure and discover ways to release and lengthen the tissue. Enjoy a hip opening practice.

OPENING TO BREATH: NAVEL RADIATION

Navel Radiation is a developmental movement pattern that naturally supports our connection to centre. Exploring this practice cultivate interoception and helps to regulate our relaxation response.
